5 / $0.012 really very low , i can get at least 5 cent in other host ,try to to fix your counter or not much will upload on your host if rate is too low

Example...

On 31/8 I was getting something around 3000 kB/s ... Which is slow, ye, but still is better than today...

Today, on 10/9 I'm getting max. 400 kB/s on link! Terrible
