We are counting full downloads and do not cheat on such things. There may be a lot of download attempts, part downloads but what you se on the counter are only full downloads. With the file manager update we will add this extended statistics too. The update is expected just after the weekend but believe us we are hard working on all options including server updates and support.

A lot of people use PPS plan and some already got double payouts for that

Same thing as mentioned above, only full downloads are shown in stats so it may be not that vivid as just access or download attempts.
