Our credit card vendor terminated the contract with us without any warning and refunded all payments to our customers.
This lead to the situation that the sales were booked for our affiliates, but the initial payments for these were refunded and missing for us - which forced us to reset the credits and close down the affiliate program until further notice.
With the beginning of this period we turned our business into a complete free-to-use service. Whilst doing this, we took the time to redesign our affiliate program from the scratch. We've put a lot of hard work into this to achieve a perfect affiliate partnership with our users and now we're ready to show off.
What's new?
We're changing the cloud service game: unlike other hosters we pay for every payment gateway your referral uses. Other hosters just pay you when your referral uses certain payment methods, e.g. credit card payment - this type of affiliate programs are history now!
You will get paid for any payment method used - EVERY TIME!
This allows us to maximize your earnings and to ensure that you won't be cut off of the earnings you generate by other payment gateways, e.g. mobile payment, debit payment etc.
We managed to achieve this by marking your referrals as - paid - when the initial payment has been fully approved by the payment gateway.
The approval can take up to 2 weeks depending on the payment gateway though.
When will you pay out our earnings?
Our goal is to pay out your earnings within 24 hours after your payout request.

Theres a thing that is called transparency. If what they say did happen, then
1. They should have told us about it when it happened and NOT a year later.
2. They should offer our lost money back or at least some of to show us good will.
They did none of this and they expect people who worked hard and lost hundreds of euros to just come back and work with them again? I will not be one of those. They will be the last option

Last year this time, they said they will pay the money after 6 months! Did they sent any money to members ? - No !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When he did so, he refunded all the money back to our costumers, which was devastating for us. The sales already were added to our affiliates balances but also completely refunded to our costumers. We made the payouts as long as we could but the credit card vendor refused to agree to any compromise which streched our financial means to their limits.
This did not only affect our affiliates payouts but it also took the existence of OBOOM itself to its limits.
We learned from what happened and decided to try a total restart now. This led to some major changes in our system.
Sales will be maked as successful AFTER the initial payment has been fully approved by the payment gateway. This way we can ensure that we only approve sales that we have definetively received the money for and that we can pay out anytime you wish!
The limit for payouts was lowered to 20 Euro. Even if you don´t trust us now, that may be an appeal to check out our intentions and start with few links and files.
There are no fines for your payouts!
There is nothing else we can do but to say how sorry we are for everything that went wrong in the past and to explain to you, what exactly led to our situation.
What you do with our explanation is your choice, but be ensured, we would be so happy, if you gave us a second chance!
