I have contacted our admanager about this. He's already asking it to his fin. not really sure but, I have already requested it to change it.

That is weird, if your mkv file is already an h264. Our encoder should encode it as soon as possible. If not, after 10 minutes, a lower resolution of your file should be already encoded. Can you send me the video url that you have uploaded so I can trace the log of it?. Thanks. :)

Can you share me the console log?. Right click and click the Inspect Element and check the COnsole log. :)
