Hello,
i need an offshore VPS, wich allows Torrent Trackers (Private)
with at least:
- 40GB HDD
- Unmetered BW

price range: max. 20euro.

i need the cheapest possible. give me your plans! :D

Well. offshore+tracker allowed+40gb space+unmetered bandwidth

I think you will have to raise budget a little. I think you CAN find one with your budget, but then speed is slow and you have as good as no ram.
 
i bought vps from caratnetworks .. 30Mbps dedicated port per VPS..warez linking allowed .. i thnk they also allowed torrent tracker.
 
go with www.scopehosts.com and let me say They Have Good Support Also I am using there hosting for last 2 - 3 months and i am having there 3 plans so last but not least go with scopehosts.com price is also very cheap

i have a vps with these guys... they told me i can host any thing if they receive some sort of complain they forward it to me.. and they are in business for since 2 years .. until now no problems .. they have dedicated port speed not shared ..
