My Review:
- The title 'SHUGAL CLUB!!!' should be changed to something like 'Shugal Club'
- Remove 'Powered By vBulletin' from the title.
- Logo could use revamping.
- Two navbars with some of the links the same? Ehh.
- Remove the donation thing, If people want to donate, they will.
- Get a better shoutbox. Maybe 'Cyb - Chatbox'
- Get a Favicon.
- Make your own Register message.
- Get better New Posts/Old Posts icons.
- Make these (http://screensnapr.com/u/vk4gk7.png) Match the skin.
- Your footer is so big and empty, make it smaller.
- I don't like how all your links are underlined. (Edit that in All Style Options)

Site needs work. 6/10.
