Why you say request via WM all is scammer?
You have check? If you check you take picture for us?
And why you delete all account have request payout via WM?
In account have balance but not request but you delete all?. Not scam you delete All.

Maybe you is scammer. You have received money but you say not received and you not pay. You say request via WM is scammer.

You need undelete account request via WM. And you can't payout but in account have balance you can undelete.

All ulpoaded tries to do is to prevent scammers from getting money. If you can't accept that switch to a different host. I support their actions and have no doubts that they will do the right thing.

If they wanted to rip us off they could have done the same things big players like filesonic did months ago. I am surprised that uploaded still puts up with this bitching that goes on in here.

I think you should release payments weekly or 1 week late ... just like extabit

they always pay on friday for previous friday locked payment ... this way you will get 14 days to check whether payment is legit or not ...

You can pay 2 times once month (2times/month) but it must exactly.
Example:
You can pay day 15 and 30 monthly.
Now is 04-July to 15-July you will calculate the total money.
After you will paid on 30-July.
While from 15-July to 30-July you will calculate the total money.
After you will paid on 15-Aug.
It repeated...
