@sasyank my first advice will be to never really let anybody know your budget - @Staerd no offense meant at all.
I have learned that if you tell your budget and its way higher than what you can get the work done for - you will end up over paying.
The best way for you as a buyer will be to make a list of stuff you want and make developers make an offer for you - telling your budget will often end up with the offer being right about the budget amount
