unless you are encoding you dont need a 6 core it will be slower than a quad if you want to play games,

4gb ddr3 is fine but you don't necessarily need 1600, 1333
will run just fine

why are you using 2 different Gfx card brands?
go for a 6870 or 2 of them if you want

if you run 2 different brands you cant xfire

what about psu?

I'm going to be doing a lot of stuff...so i think the 6 core will be fine...

the 1600 was a free upgrade lol

and the second video card was free as well lol

so i figured what the hell on both

and 500w power supply

Cheetah 15K.6 SAS 3-GB/s 146-GB Hard Drive

Spin Speed (RPM) 15,000 RPM Sustained data transfer rate 171,000Mb/s Average latency 2.0ms Random read seek time 3.4ms Random write seek time 3.9ms I/O data transfer rate 300MB/s Unrecoverable read errors 1 in 1016
that's sound better for main HD not a storage one....

Figured you were building this but i guess your buying it built

not worth that money and also you didnt say what you gonna use it for, you dont need that cpu if your going to use pc for surf or office... so is it going to be for rendering, games, office or something else?

I'd watch out with that RAID0, remember if one of those HDDs crashes your f'ed. I'd reccomend you to get a raid controler and setup a RAID10 is HDD perdormence is so important to you....

I personally have a RAID1 with 2 1TB (WD Black ed.) HDDs for data storage.
