Its a New forum i cant offer much but when it becomes popular it will rock

promote people who are a positive and active in your site.

Well, I think you should hire respected people with 100+ posts, good reputation and give them the trust and more options overtime. You have got nothing to lose nor time, But when that is your best chooice as startup then it worth giving it a shot, and who doesn't work just lower his rank.

Well it's your choice not to pick Staff from here, normally you would promote those to Staff who are active on your website. But for me you can trust, I am administrator on wkdporn.com and as I said I too have a new forum of my own. Just because I don't have many posts on here, doesn't mean I haven't been on the scene for a very long time..

You can always start me off as a moderator, all that matters is I'm willing to help.
