Just go to http://rapidwizard.net/ and drag the 'Check Links Bookmarklet' link into your bookmarks toolbar.
Then just click it whenever you want those links checked

No it won't because unless the child frame is on the same domain, the parent cannot access the childs dom. Sorry lol
