Netload.in Questio/Help

hey guyz i've been searching for help and answer for a week and didn't find any solution
I bought netload.in premium accout and now i want remotly upload files from other Netload.in link when i check the link i can download it to my computer but when i try to upload i to my account i got TOS Error and it doesn't upload someone have a solution for this issue i've tried like 50 other links
