Dedicated Netherlands server

Im looking for a dedicated server in evoswitch dc, netherlands.
Just something like this:
CPU: Intel X3440
Ram: 8GB
Storage: 2x480GB SSD or 1TB SSD
Network: 1Gbps, with atleast 20TB bandwidth


My budget is a bit low so hope this isnt to expensive.
