Need Wordpress Help

i am not new to posting in wordpress blog...But started posting in a new blog where the images on the visual tab...i just find the same html codes in the visual tab.

What might be the reason? Do i need to install anything to make it work?

Sometimes when you post an image in the visual editor you have to switch to html editor and then switch back to visual for it to show up.

If that doesn't work just trying using the WP image uploader in your WYSIWYG and click insert into post.
