Need urgent Help..

Hi..as u see in wordpress that there is an option to go to previous posts in a blog like this-- http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/1019/sshot1mz.png

But its not happening in my Blog..there is only 1 page and that also doesnt have all the posts.. u can see this page- http://uploadz.org/category/application/

i have set posts per page to 10 but shows only 6 posts and after that no other link to move to previous posts..Do u know any plugin to fix that

well check this SS there is older button to navigate in ur theme

now u want page navigation numbered so install this plugin
