If you have kvm access then you can just disable the http server to setup some ddos protection or ask your dc to see if they have a hardware firewall with ddos protection.
Or using your cmd/terminal on your local pc start a continuous small byte ping to your server ip in 3-4 different windows so you can hijack a couple of connection ports to your server.
Then try to ssh, It maybe slow, but you will get access.
If you have one more server with that datacenter, simple setup that another server as VPN server and once you get connected to VPN server, you are in datacenter network so you will be able to access your problematic server via internal network and access its SSH even if its under DDoS.
