Just use a GUI on your Centos Serverm such as xfce OR kde OR gnome
then you can login to your Linux sever through Remote Desktop Application.

Now install Deluge or uTorrent app on the server.
Now you can leech/seed from your server as like you can do from your local machine.

In case you require some auto leeching stuff for all new content of a Public/Private Torrent tracker, you need to have a Custom made Bot for it.
