need some info on a server requirements

what type of hosting would i need for this?

rapidshare forum
member's between 20,000 - 30,000 (always on the increase)

so far ive checked out 1 or 2 hosting companies.
they offer semi dedicated
15gb
15gb space
1000gb transfer
ssh access
installation scripts installer
dedicated ip with dns reserve
40 dollars a month

should i keep looking? any suggestions on wether this would be enough?

20,000 - 30,000 <- is that count of members registered or members that visits the forum per day.

if its member count then even shared hosting would do the thing...
