Try DreamHost, I used to have them for a mildly popular image host I used to run, and they don't mind that sort of thing. I'd just say make sure you check the images uploaded regularly, through an admin panel or something, because you will get people uploading copyright images, even got a couple uploading child porn.

Image hostings don't eat too much space, bw is the problem. I can tell you from my own experience:
30 GB space used ~ almost 14 TB bw used monthly

It's not up to the script how much bw you do
But you can save server resources by using a good script. And I prefer custom made one.
