For the past two weeks my download speed is 23Kbps with frequent disconnections ..

In the middle way I get disconnected all the time and have to start all over again becuz i dont own the premium account of that site so no resume support + the upload speed I am getting right now shuffles between 2-3 kbps which will take ages to upload in rapidshare...

so I though may be you people can help me some how..
