ask yourself these questions:

did you import the skin correctly?
did you link the image set to that skin?
did you import the replacements to that skin?
 
Ive Fixed This Problem Now Falcon ... i jus woz having a lil bit of play and got it to work :)

but thanx for ure help once again falcon :)
 
Erm i think it jus woz that i wernt binding the images and skin s2geva like what u said

i havent got the gree n1 i wanted ... but the blue 1 wil do for now
