Need help with site

So first a admin accidentally deleted the vbulltin files from server and I don't have backup
and also he deleted database by accident, but i have a back up of the database

then I uploaded my original Vbulltin files as well as the backed up database and set up the config.php

after doing all that it shows me a black page when i go to my URL

Also my site is

What's wrong? PLease Help

lol you really should get a better admin first,

run the installer again on vBulletin. That might fix it.

I tried running installed but it asks me to overright database so I do and reupload the database and still it dosn't work
