it is a cctv footage
i was using mkvtoolnix to put it in a container which takes few seconds to play it as mkv file
but technician changed software settings and ticked option of encode audio/video
and since then i get error while using mkvtoolnix
and if i try format factory to convert which was also working before gives error 0xc0000005
then i turned on the setting of use system decoder (avisynth) after which it gave me an error fail to convert
i'll try changing that setting to make it work but why am i getting this error?
