need help with emails!

I have more than 42 million emails but
I do not find a way to get ... some
people recommended me the 'send
blaster pro'..... someone who Know
any way to send as many emails I
would appreciate ...

I want to know this too .

but if you sending email at same time , your server may overload, and easy blacklist your ip as that may be spam
