need help video encoding

iam looking for avideo suite that encodes into the new av1 format or encodes into mp4 and encodes into opus audio codec thanks

handbrake settings are hard to understand also it doesnt support hardware acceration while encoding the video

Hardware acceration is bad quality. Only use software encoding for best quality.

Handbrake also has presets for "beginners" - give handbrake a try. It's not so hard as you might think.
