1. TAGS. You're using VERY wrongs tags Bitrate eh? . Use appropriate tags. Like HD,720 P, Actors Name etc etc.
2. You're using High competetive keywords " Watch Online Movies,Hollywood latest movies" Go to keyword tool and and search for related less competitive keywords.
3. Which SEO plugin are you using?

just do what what @Chemicalx suggested and also get a sitemap generator
plugin.. make a google webmasters account and submit your sitemap
