what comes back? if you remove a url in google webmaster tools you also need to specify in the header for that page <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">

or you can deny google using robots, but that isn't recommended.

need more info, why do you think you got hacked?

Its only homepage. last time when Google send mail in webmaster it has a Homepahe/viewpost.php/id98... like this and now there is no mail in webmaster but getting the Site may be hacked in Search results.. . Please help me out

What's the URL? To dig deep about this I need your domain name. Sounds like your website is injected with pharma/vi-a-gra links.
