Hi payoneer Friends, i have payoneer account , can i make paypal with payoneer account or card, is that possible , and please tell me one thing more can any or my friend can send me payment in my account from usa, because this payoneer account USA base , can he transfer amount from other bank to my account ??

Payoneer cannot assist you in opening a PayPal account, you will need to contact PayPal for assistance with this. You can use our US Payment Service only to receive payments from your own PayPal account, so long as it is valid and has the option to withdraw funds via US ACH transfer.
