i wanna create a youtube streaming proxy site anyone guide me cause i never created any proxy site have no idea in proxy sites.

host is not very hard to find. just be sure you have enough bandwidth and traffic, as every video will go trough your server. you should choose at least a vps. you won't need any streaming softwares, as the videos on youtube are hosted on port :80 and it's considered web traffic. just find a good proxy script, put it on a vps and configure it to proxy videos from youtube too. good luck

I agree with MrOSX you will certainly have to do alot of research, you will also need to find a host that will allow you to run this type of service.
