Need help !! Cannot add categories.

I have problem on my wordpress site:

I cannot add categories,tags, genre and more in submodul post.

How can i fix this. For information my website

1. Platform i use : Nginx
2. Themes : Moviespace coded by RT
3. Wordpress version : 3.8.2

Anyone can guide me to resolve this error

Can you add a post or page? Check if you have write access to the database

For post page everything ok.
