Need cheap powerful Dedicated server or VPS

We plan a to install a Mariadb cluster and for that i need powerful VPS or Root Server.

Requirments:
Minimum 4 CPU core (more would be better) Only 64Bit
Minimum 60 GB SSD (more would be better)
1Gbs Connection (not shared)
DDR4 only
Minimum 6 RAM (more would be better)
Traffic (Minimum 1TB Maximum 2TB more is not necessary)
Full root access (no management or installation help needed)
Region Germany, NL or Switzerland
Linux (debain or centos)

We will not use the machines for torrent or other activities.
For the cluster we need 4 machines. later more because of the database growth.

Price max 15 Euro each machine.

Be noted that Bandwidth is not the only thing you need. If you got a Plan already, Why are you still waiting?
Maybe you are trying your luck and checking if you get even better deals? It does make sense.
