Need asap help

Hi all i have a dedicate server, I need help badly when i try to modify account from whm it show this error

The / partition on this server is running out of disk space. WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

And when i try to login in cpanel

It looks as if you need to assign more space to your / partition. It looks like you have extra space located in your /dev/md2 partition.
