when I prepared some powerpoints with recorded voices inside and then I
try to save them as WMV format, after It converts to powerpoint
I can not see scroll on window to show the people how a system works
(I prepare video tutorials for some subjects) and there are some tables
and pictures in powerpoint and I have to see MOUSE scroll on window
to explain which is which ? Is it possible to keep MOUSE SCROLL on window
while saving powerpoint as WMV. This conversion remove mouse scroll
from window and only I hear my voice without scroll and people does not
understand WTF I talk about there.

Do not offer me screen recording softwares, cause while preparing tutorials with
them, damn screen warning, pop ups of antivirus, updates, ICQ.... abuse
recording, but converting PPT to WMV internally does not let those abuse
your recording, cause its just converting (merge ppt+ voice and convert them
to WMV).

If it needs to include 'interactive' objects like scrollbars, buttons and 'click to continue' textboxes:
Then you'll need to export to Flash (SWF) format. This format is capable of interactivity.
(there may be others)

QuickTime, AVI and WMV are not interactive - they just contain movies.

Google for converters.
