VPS Need a VPS for public rapidleech

Hey guys, I need a VPS for my public rapidleech... Here what I want:
1. At least 100 GB of disk space
2. At least 1 Gb of RAM
3. Unmetered bandwidth or more than 3 TB...
4. 1 gbps port speed but 100 mbps is fine too
5. HF is unbanned
6. Have a good speed of course =) (please post proof)
