recently i researched that many torrent uploaders are taking advantage of RDP
but i have many questions regarding this ?
what does Admin access mean?
what software i can install ?
is their any limitation to what you can use it and what not?
i am ready to spend upto 15-20$/month
i need a thing which can help me in premier pro editing ,photoshop,3d modelling ,and download & upload for Youtube and some other sites

Yes, you need admin access for your desired software installation, and many things you can do with admin account of RDP.
with limited account you can not do such necessary things. for your work you need Encoding RDP with Admin Rights..
