Need a socks proxy tool

First I want to say I am not a expert of proxy. Recently I need lots of socks proxy of USA for my work. I need a tool or soft that can leech, check & implement socks proxy on my pc. I found some soft online but they are too much costly. that's why I need free or cheap soft to do that. It will be great help If any one help me find that kind of tool.

also there are paid services for socks 4/5 like proxyshop.net , 5socks.net , anyproxy.net , vip72.com
