Need a PSD to Wordpress theme coder.

I will need to hire you for coding multiple wordpress themes as I design them. Looking for someone skilled who can code fast and at a low price.

Requirements:
- Fully code the psd to a wordpress theme
- XHTML & CSS valid
- Use of simple JQuery in navigation/wherever else needed

An example of a psd I would expect you to code:
