Alright, so I am starting up a warez forum, or a blog.

I have hosting, and I can buy the domain, if it's a forum I also have a legit vBuelltin license laying around and I can set everything up.

Now all need is a partner! I need someone who has EXPERIENCE in the scene and knows what they are doing.
