Need a new VPS Host

I'm with WRZHost and I've had nothing but issues with them 80% uptime.

Right now, going on a stretch of 8 hours being down.

My package with them is

100GB Storage
Unlimitted Bandwidth
2GB Ram
4GB Burstable
$30

My site is about 6GB - and consistently has 130-150 people on it.
My site is adult oriented, and if possible I'd the new host to move it.

Budget - $30-$50 a month and Wordpress Ready.

Looking for The Netherlands, Romania, or Panama - that is DMCA friendly due to user generated content. (I do remove infringing content, but I need a host that won't make my site go poof if someone reports it to you)

Maybe we can help you, all our vps are KVM so there is no Burstable Ram, all hardware is dedicated and we include SSD disk and DDoS Protection with all our services.

No problem, please put that information on your first post, because is not present, saying that i will tell you all the same we told to all upcoming clients that are looking for Offshore VPS: We have plans to add offshore services on the future so when we start offering them we can move your vps from USA to the Offshore services without any additional cost.

Its ok, and one more thing, we dont lock website due DMCA warnings, even if they are on USA, we contact the client to remove the copyright material if it was requested.

I own 3 VPS servers with Offshore SSD VPS Hosting made in EUROPE - WEBUZO.net they are leading offshore DMCA ignoring provider in Europe (Bulgaria). They are not overselling their nodes (that why you wont find plan for 5$ with them).

They allow you hosting pretty much everything from warez site (as long you don't host the files with them) to adult content . What they don't allow is Child P8rn , Phishing, SPAM , P2P , Torrents etc.

2 of the VPS i have there is for niche and adult sites and 1 is for minecraft server. I have zero downtime or lag with them . Worth the money !
