Up link B/w: unlimted if 100mbps or 2TB or so with 1Gbps
down link B/w: unlimited
Connection: preferably 1 Gbps but i will take an empty server with 100mbps link, or unshared 100mbps link
Location: Doesn't matter can be onshore as long as the host allows torrents
active torrents: unlimited or 10+ (don't worry i won't own the server.

*Note unlimited also refers to unmetered

also don't offer rdp unless it cheap I'm not paying extra for a license
