MySQL error addcomments.php at line 66

Hi,
please help me, i have installed datalife 10.4 Utf8 on a shared-hosting,

DataLife installs without error, but does not show or add comments, giving error.

Error is :

MySQL Error!
MySQL error in file: /engine/modules/addcomments.php at line 66
Error Number: 2006
The Error returned was:
MySQL server has gone away
SQL query:
INSERT INTO dle_spam_log (ip, is_spammer, email, date) VALUES ('12.34.56.789','0', 'admin@mysites.com', '1453472933')

If try to install last version Dle 10.6 Utf8 give similar error, change the line error "MySQL error in file: /engine/modules/addcomments.php at line 77"

I try to delete all database, files and reup and re-install several times, the problem remains the same.

it seems this
the error indicates that your server doesn't have mb_strlen() enabled...this is php plugin and by default it;s not enabled. only your host provider can help you..

ask your services provider to enable this
