My site will not load in Windows 7 will load on XP

This really pissing me on I can not get my site to load on windows 7 I have cleared cache & flushes dns 3 times & reset computer 2 times my site will not load even tried with 2 different browser still not working. I can get my site to load on another computer running XP anybody have any ideas what is up??????????????
