My site shows "File not found" please help

Hi,
there is some serious problem with my website http://www.site-rip.org/
It's running ok, but few times at day it shows this for couple of hours:

After few hours, it's back to normal again.
I'm on dedicated server, but the admin don't know what is going on.
Please help me if you know what's wrong with it

What script does it use? Do you have any cron jobs setup?

Maybe its a cache problem...
Or maybe some type of jquery problem thats conflicting with your site and causing it not to load properly.
