My site resource usage icreased sometime very high

I have a wordpress site and database size is approx 12MB. I am on a shared hosting at ShineServer (Starter Package). Maximum user at a time on my site is maximum 65-80 and theme is Arclite

Active Pluging
AdInserter (Currently Disabled)
Akismet
Captcha
Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions
WP-PageNavi
WP-PostViews
WP Super Popup

I use Two Java Scripts - JuicyAds And Who.amung.us (Online User List)

Note : Themes and Plugis are uptodate.

Any one can help.

bro install wp super cache , because you are serving php files to user which also increases load , by use wp super cache user will be served html files , which is fast less load

From which site I can see that kind of results.

Start disabling wodpress plugins one by one and you will see which one is causing it. Also check for some malicious bots in the access logs.
