Ok this last few days my site have got slow alot and I was wondering why and what I can do to make fast again

chaosimgupload.pw isn't slow for me, but warezfreaks.org seems to be down.

As Chaitan said, it's best that you contact your webhost.

Login to your VPS Control Panel and check your ram/memory and vswap memory usage. If its red then you need to contact your hosting provider to get it fixed!!

With cPanel, It's easy to manage things. Optimize the mydql tables at first and also check with your host. Also check the availability of sources like ram memory as stated by doggy.
If your VPS is unmanaged, It's most likely that your host may say that we dont have any issue at our end, if there is no network issue,
