My Premium Account is disabled by FileServe

Hi,

I emailed 2 times but not yet replied and I have to wait long for your reply. I took Premium Membership for one year and my account is disabled last more than two weeks. I am the only user of this account, I am using my account from office and home, and I am sure no one else using my account.

Thanks for update but I am not sharing my account with anyone. I am the only user and I will keep change my password frequently.

Till How many days you closed my account.... I need that days extra in my premium account.

That is your problem. Office & Home = 2 IPS = Fileserve thinks you shared your account.

p.s: dont post your email & ID on a public forum, you are just inviting hackers.

Thanks, I will cancel from office but I will use only from home... but they should ask or any notification before disable account.

Please reopen my premium account.
