My Payza Account Is Hacked Please help

Yesterday i have unable to access my gmail account then i reset my password when i checked my gmail i see a pazya email that your payza account password is changed.So i reset my payza login password in order to access my pazya account .Now what i see that an unauthorized transaction was made of $30.i submit a support ticket to payzA but they did not respond.now what to do please help me.and how hackers passed through payza password and Pin code.:'(

I feel sorry for you... May be you were keylogged well payza support is really sucks you're not going to get your money back and once someone can access your gmail they can easily hack your payza and pin if you've created with that gmail. Though 30$ isn't big amount change all your passes now and be careful next time.

Your PC is keylogged, No use if you change the pass again with the same PC, they can still access your Account.

jus format your C drive or better to format full PC.....

Thanks To Payza. They Reversed unauthorized transaction and solved My Problem.Now i Will Try To refresh My Os.
