John, he's 15 years of age and still goes to school. The school he goes to provides laptops for each student. - the students have to buy the laptop themselves.
John decides to visit some porn sites while he's at home and accidentally stumbles across child pornography.
The school finds out about the child porn John downloaded by accident and sends him to court.

What do you think the charges will be?

you can still get charged with possession of child pornography when you're a juvenile. i remember a case where a 15 year old male got charged for having a 15 year old females naked photographs on his cell phone.
