Too much yellow, you can't even read the logo in the header. The main content (plans) are on yellow background, also not good. I give it 4/10

you have to work on color combination,change black computer case > too much distracts from the main part,get rid of the excess space,use some grid system,golden ratio,...,work on typography, and so on.
