We are adding a new server to the network to keep the speed and load managed...

Some customers suggested that we should also have a direct admin server...

What you guys suggest

should we add a direct admin server or a cPanel server

For me no differences but for beginners DirectAdmin is easily to learn and manage hosting account.

Hello mate,

Even though they say they want a direct admin panel, im 101% sure they'd prefer cpanel.

It literally has everything they need.

As a host, you should go for cpanel.
